2025 Fee Schedule

TERMS:

  1. NO REFUNDS FOR CLASSES NOT ATTENDED. CLASSES MISSED CAN BE MADE UP DURING THE SAME TERM IN ANY DANCE STYLE, BUT CANNOT BE CARRIED OVER TO ANY SUBSEQUENT TERMS. EXTENDED ABSENCES CAN BE DISCUSSED WITH THE TEACHER/COMMITTEE.

  2. FEES ARE TO BE BE PAID BY THE SECOND WEEK OF EACH TERM – LATE PAYMENT WILL INCUR A 10% PENALTY AT COMMITTEE DISCRETION.

  3. PAYMENT ACCEPTED BY CASH (correct amount), CHEQUE payable to Box Hill Ballet Association Inc in a named envelope given to the teacher, or DIRECT CREDIT (payable to Bendigo Bank Account No. 633-000 126085976 with Ref – Invoice Number and Student Name).

Fees are subject to change as agreed by the Committee

Administration Fee and other Levies

The Annual Administration Fee of $20 is charged with the initial term fees. This is a fixed rate regardless of the number of classes attended.

In place of asking students to participate in a fundraising event a Voluntary Fundraising Levy is invoiced in term 2 at an amount of $25.
